National Educational Dream – Regenerating / Rebuilding INDIA
Educational change is possible only with a change in the Teaching Staff. No facility / improvement of Curriculum are the core issue. Getting good teachers is a big issue in Teaching.
A model Activity ICON was made operational after my retirement in Kerala / Palakkad / Kizhakkanchery Panchayath. The Change was in force by motivating Youth who are students in Professional / Degree / PG Colleges into Teaching. Used these young motivated students to teach younger ones.

The idea was to establish special supplementary education centers around the country in each district. May be as a contributory / sponsored or self-supporting activity.
